"I tried Forklift catering for the first time to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday and the arrival of some family members from abroad. My cousin's husband, present at the dinner, owns a restaurant in Caracas and he, like the rest of us, was impressed with the food presented by Dennis and Jamie from Forklift Catering. We had three hors d'oeuvres which were plentiful and delicious (particularly the risotto balls!), a delicious salad and a halibut entree which was not only beautifully presented but also full of a variety of flavors which were exquisite. An added point is that I called Dennis with less than one week to plan and he was helpful in getting a menu coordinated and worked easily within the limited time frame. Overall the event was a success - we were able to enjoy the food and each other's company given that the food, service and clean up were all taken care of perfectly by Forklift."

"We hired Forklift for our 50-guest wedding, held at the Commander's Mansion, in July 2010. From the outset, they were the only caterer who had a menu that looked interesting and was something different than the bored and stale ideas that other caterers post on their websites or offer by email. My husband is a chef and was very particular about what he wanted, and Forkleft more than delivered. Jamie and Dennis helped my husband put together a menu that we were excited about. They never balked at special requests, and were excited to try dishes they hadn't done before. Our tasting was a joy, and they attended to every detail of our reception that we would never have thought of. Then during the reception, the servers and managers were more professional than most restaurant staffs.
